Hello, Spring Creek Dental Family!
We hope that you and your families are staying safe and healthy. A Colorado is poised to enter the “Safer-at-home” phase of the COVID-19 pandemic, we want to update you with our office plans for re-opening. Governor Polis has pushed back the start date for dental offices to May 4th. In line with that, the Colorado Dental Association and the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA) released a statement today that dentists should NOT return to work as normal on April 27th. DORA anticipates a new executive order by April 27th that will guide our office re-opening plans.
While we await further directives from our state officials, we understand that some patients have more urgent needs that we want to address as your dental care provider. We will continue to screen patients by phone to determine if they need an emergency appointment and to treat those that require essential emergency treatment.
As always, our top priority is the safety of our valued patients and our dental team. Please rest assured that we are spending this time to prioritize patient needs, to acquire appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), and to determine new office protocols to allow us to safely provide care to you once we are able to do so. We will lean on the recommendations of our governing bodies to guide our decisions for patient care.
As always, we appreciate your trust and your business. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns, and we will do our best to respond in a timely manner. Thank you for your patience and understanding with an ever changing situation.
Be well!
Your Spring Creek Dental Team
