The team wants you to know that we are thinking of you. Through these challenges we have gained an even greater appreciation for you, our patients, and we are very committed to keeping you safe while you are under our care. As we make preparations to re-open we would like to share some of the things we have been working on here at Spring Creek Dental, as well as some of the changes you can expect to see.
Starting Thursday, May 7th we will begin seeing patients in a phased manner. Out of an abundance of caution with this ever-changing situation, Drs. Kaines and Cosper feel that it is in the best interest of both our patients and team that we phase back in to providing care, starting with patients requiring the most emergent/urgent treatment first.
We have also added Teledentistry. If you have questions or a dental concern, please call the office and we can set up a teleconference with you when indicated. We plan to utilize Teledentistry to help us continue to perform exams/screenings/post-ops/consultations, etc, in order to minimize patient exposure/need to come into the office.
If you had/have any treatment scheduled (including cancelled appointments) and have not already been contacted, we will be contacting you shortly to reschedule. Please know that we are here for you, miss you, and are prioritizing patient and team safety beyond anything else!
